3.1耐火完整性integrity of fire resistant
在标准耐火试验条件下， 玻璃构件当其面受火时，能在一定时间内防止 火焰和热穿透或在背火面出现火焰的能力.
3.2耐火隔热性insulation of fire-resistant
在标准耐火试验条件下，玻璃构件当其-面受火时 ，能在一定时间内使其背火 面温度不超过规定值的能力。
3.3耐火极限fire-resistant time
在标准耐火试验条件下，玻璃构件从受火的作用时起，到失去完整性或隔热型要求时止的这段时间。
3.4 复合防火玻璃laminted fire-resistant glass
由两层或两层以上玻璃复合而成或由一层玻璃和有机物材料复合而成，并满足相对应耐火性能要求的特种玻璃。
3.5单片防火玻璃monolithic fire-resistant glass
由单层玻璃构成，并满足相对应耐火性能要求的特种玻璃。
3.6隔热性防火玻璃( A类) insulted fire-resistant glass (A type )
耐火性能同时满足耐火完整性、耐火隔热性要求的防火玻璃。
3.7非隔热型防火玻璃(C类) integrity-only fire-resistant glass(Ctype)
耐火性能仅满足耐火完整性要求的防火玻璃。

A)复合防火玻璃(以FFB表示)
B )单片防火玻璃(以DFB表示)
4.1.2防火玻璃按耐火性能可分为
A)隔热型防火玻璃(A类)
B )非隔热型防火玻璃(C类)
4.1.3防火玻璃耐火极限可分为五个等级 ; 0.50h、1.0h、 1.50h、 2.00h、 3.00h。
在标准耐火试验条件下, 玻璃构件从受火的作用时起，到失去完整性或隔热型要求时止的这段时间。

耐火性能
隔热型防火玻璃( A类)和非隔热型防火玻璃( C类)的耐火性能应满足表6的要求。
